The company I work for has been using Keona For several years. We have been very satisfied with the service. Keona uses Schmitt Thompson triage protocols and makes it easy to walk patients through the triage process We've built some additional protocols and features into the system which works great for servicing our patients and clients. They are always responsive to our needs!

Far less downtime than with our prior software

After years of working with other triage companies, we decided to launch our own Nurse Triage Team. Keona was wonderful to work with and helped us make our dream become a reality.
