Kentra

Kentra is an AI receptionist and CRM for local service businesses, made by Kentra LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. It answers a business's calls 24/7 in the business's name, in English or Spanish, whichever the caller speaks. Each caller becomes a record in the Kentra CRM with name, number, reason, recording, transcript and summary. Kentra books appointments on the call into Google Calendar and, if the business uses one, Jobber (early access) or Housecall Pro (pilot). It transfers urgent or high-value calls to a person, tells a caller with a life-safety emergency to call 911, and alerts the owner in the dashboard and by text once the owner agrees to texts. On AI Growth and above it also texts callers who agree (a follow-up within a minute and appointment reminders), calls leads back, and answers texts and website chat. The business keeps its phone number and forwards calls to Kentra. A person builds and trains each receptionist with the business: a 30-minute call on day 1, test calls and tuning on days 2 and 3, and call forwarding on day 4. Plans: AI Basic $149/month + $199 setup (200 minutes), AI Front Desk $299/month + $499 setup (500 minutes), AI Growth $699/month + $999 setup (1,000 minutes), AI Business System $1,499/month + $1,999 setup (2,250 minutes), and Enterprise (custom). No contract and no overage charges. Cancelling within 30 days of going live refunds the setup fee and the first month.
