Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the social media director at Gas Monkey Garage. We’ve been featured on the television show Fast N’ Loud, and we build and sell cars. We also engage in online merchandising.

We needed help in website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially brought Kennedy Rowe to reskin our website. After that, they moved our custom-built site to WordPress. They also helped us on the backend of our platform’s merchandise side.

Recently, they migrated our WordPress website into Shopify. They added a cart feature, and they created product collections. Their team also helped us build and manage tags. Their work was primarily implemented on our site’s backend.

We provided them examples of sites we liked, and they created a brand new website based on those. They also built custom apps for our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, the site turned out great, and it was exactly what we were going for. We also saw an increase in website traffic and engagement after Kennedy Rowe’s work.

Whenever we encountered bugs, we just sent them a message, and they fixed issues within 24 hours.

How did Kennedy Rowe Collective perform from a project management standpoint?

Kennedy Rowe met their deadline most of the time, but they occasionally missed it due to changes from our side. We communicated through phone calls, emails, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills were impressive. We stopped working with them because they advised us that bringing our web development project in-house would be more cost-efficient. We appreciated their honesty since it was rare to find a partner like them — they were trustworthy.
