KELCOM has been offering Answering Service since 1988. We believe customers judge a Call Center in 4 ways — how quickly calls are answered, with courtesy, accuracy and price. In normal circumstances we answer 80% of calls in 3 rings or less. We are tested annually by the Canadian Call Management Association — and have earned their Award of Excellence for professionalism for 17 consecutive years.
And finally — we offer pricing by both “per minute” or “per call” basis — so every customer can choose a package price that works best for them.
