I have been happy with Keane's since I started my journey with them. I was using UPS before, and it was honestly not the experience I hoped for, I lost products, had no customer intimacy, and spent hours waiting to speak to the right person when a problem arose. Since the switch to Keane's, their customer support team has been amazing, and their shipment accuracy has been outstanding.

My business has been steadily growing, and my loss and damage rates are way down compared to prior years.

Seamless. My integration into their system was easy, and it has been a while since I have been worried about shipping. It's left me more time to focus and expand my business and that's all that i can ask for from a fulfillment center

The intimate experience i have with their customer support team. They are constantly updating me without me having to ask, and like I said before, if I ever have any problem, they answer within a few seconds, and I never have to wait on hold.

I have had zero issues thus far and I'm confident none will present in the future
