KD Practice Consulting Private Limited has worked with us as our internal auditor for more than three years, supporting us with financial control mapping and internal processes mapping.

What is the team composition?

We work with 3–4 people at the moment: a senior partner, a senior manager, and 2–3 additional consultants.

How did you come to work with KD Practice Consulting Private Limited?

We heard about them from our business network about 7–8 years ago, so I don’t remember exactly how that was, but I know they were referred. We contacted them and started working together.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them about 7–8 years ago. This last project started in April 2019, and it‘s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’re very active and propositive, always coming up with suggestions to improve our processes.

How did KD Practice Consulting Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve never had any issues with meeting deadlines — their planning is excellent. 
I honestly don’t know which project management tool they use, but they provide good results.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their delivery is fast and good. The fact that they’re a young company makes them hungry to deliver and prove themselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.
