KCS Groups

KCS Groups, operating as KCS Global Group, is a GST-registered non-voice BPO based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. We run back-office process work for businesses that need output to be consistent rather than occasional: data entry and processing, document and invoice handling, catalogue and product data, web research, content operations, and email and chat support. We do not take voice or calling projects.

What separates us is how the work is set up before it starts. Every process is documented as a written SOP and agreed with the client, including the accuracy target. Output then passes two stages: an executive completes it, and a reviewer checks it against the SOP. We report volume, turnaround and error rate on an agreed cycle, so performance is visible rather than asserted.

That discipline comes from where we have worked. Our founder spent two years in content operations at Genpact, worked in relationship and digital banking at ICICI Bank, and holds an MBA in business administration and operations.

We also run our own digital publishing projects in-house across health, personal finance, and home and lifestyle. These operate under a documented editorial and sourcing framework, which is why our content and research work is held to a verification standard rather than a word-count target.

We work with e-commerce sellers, publishers, agencies and SMEs who need reliable process capacity without hiring for it. Engagements run per-project or hourly. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST.
