I’m the founder of a medical technology company. We help med tech companies develop their medical devices and the processes to make them.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kavix?

As a med tech company, data security and system reliability are critical to our business. We hired Kavix to conduct a full audit of our security systems and provide ongoing support for our IT systems going forward.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kavix has audited our environment and implemented several fixes straight away, as well as deployed endpoint protection, set up automated backups, and provided 24/7 proactive monitoring.

We started working with them in March 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with Kavix has resulted in immediate, measurable improvements across our operations. We’ve achieved zero security incidents, fast response times for IT requests, and 100% automated backup compliance across our cloud environment. Most importantly, their security baseline work has given our medical technology clients absolute confidence in our data protection standards.

How did Kavix perform from a project management standpoint?

Kavix’s response times are exceptionally fast. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kavix is very proactive and identifies things before they happen. They also provide very good ongoing support.

We had issues with our desktop machines and keeping them upgraded, which gave rise to vulnerabilities in our security.

Kavix provided us with IT managed services. The team understood the issues we had and explained how they were going to address them in plain English and non-technical terms. They provided specific solutions for upgrading our desktop machines and were able to remotely fix any issues that arose within our IT estate.
