Kaufman People Insights (KPI) provides psychological assessment and consultation for business owners, executives, managers, and professionals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves as leaders.

Founded by Dr. Calder Kaufman, a licensed psychologist, KPI applies psychological science to the practical challenges of leadership, professional development, and organizational life.

Our work focuses on understanding how personality, emotional intelligence, interpersonal style, communication, decision-making, and responses to stress influence professional effectiveness and relationships.

Through comprehensive assessment, individual consultation, and careful interpretation of findings, KPI helps leaders identify strengths, recognize patterns, understand potential blind spots, and approach professional challenges with greater self-awareness.

KPI works directly with individual leaders across industries and at different stages of their careers. Consultation may be initiated independently or arranged through an organization. Each engagement is conducted personally by Dr. Kaufman and tailored to the questions and circumstances of the individual.

Based in Detroit and Ferndale, Michigan, KPI serves clients throughout Michigan through in-person and virtual consultation.

KPI is the nonclinical consulting division of Kaufman Psychological Services, PLLC. Services are distinct from psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
