We found them on LinkedIn and TikTok. We got in touch with them and another vendor. After discussion we considered their solution better.

We were collaborating with KatriSoft to create this Tool Management software for desktop. We gave them the idea and the overall scope, and they developed the application from scratch, end-to-end. We were communicating almost daily, they kept us updated with all the increments. This way we could adjust after every milestone if it was necessary. They understood very quickly what we want so the project got done very quickly and even better as we initially wanted.

We are very pleased with their work. We will use this software to increase our top line.

Everything was done within the deadline and the budget. So their project management is on point if you ask me.

They had a lot of good ideas that we ended up implementing. They had a totally new idea in terms of the app design and flow.

For sure, everyone can improve. I think they can work faster although the speed at which they work is pretty amazing already.

The game concept was for people to see the future on underwriting. People can choose to go into the future keeping the current tradition of doing everything alone with their own hands or automatize. So, the game had two levels and one challenge: Grab all chances (balls) falling on your lap (from the sky) and put it in the right box (if you should take it or discard it). Was fun.

The agency owner helped me with briefing and closing gaps on the follow-ups and another unity developer worked on the gross development.

The project was delivered as requested, within the timeline (even a bit earlier) and their worked out on all details and final touches that I requested. So, were very professional in their delivery.

We set and agenda and milestones together, to help control the process, and we communicated well through email. They were always on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Robert is a developer with very good communication and comprehension skills, which makes it nicer and easier to work with him and his team. I appreciate it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe, as a suggestion, rendering 3D object with 3D modelers, or have an extra talent in the team to fill in this gap, could be a nice growing option for the company. I mean, in general, from what we talked. I used assets that were premade, so, most of the work of 3D was solved.

We were working on a AV/VR application and weren’t able to complete it in-house because we didn’t have the resources.

What was the scope of their involvement?

KatriSoft collaborates with us on our AV/VR project doing the programming. We're working in Unity 3D and VR headsets for Oculus and Echo headsets. They very quickly diagnosed what they should do to make it a usable program, and we also had an application to send out for beta testing very quickly. From there, we were in contact almost daily.

The product is an app that helps people exercise — we knew what we wanted and how it should work. We had built the key functionalities beforehand, and they took that to make it so much better — they immediately understood what we needed.

We're still developing the product, which is currently in Beta testing.

We're satisfied with their work. We haven't widely distributed this product yet, but we expect an increase in sales in a certain part of our demographic.

They meet deadlines and stay within budget. Regarding tools, we use GitHub for project management and Upwork and Skype for communication.

They have a lot of good ideas and can see the flaws in our proposals. It became a collaboration rather than me telling them what to do.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they're experts in what they do.

During the development we have a mic of video calls, email communications (including exchanging diagrams). Any clarification that was needed by Robert was requested immediately and technicals were confirmed so that everyone knew exactly what would be delivered.

Their ability to interpret our ideas is impressive. I really can't fault it. I have worked in the creative industries for nearly 20 years and it is always a struggle trying to interpret someone else's creative ideas into your own development medium.

Robert managed this superbly. I will definitely be using Robert again and recommend him without hesitation

Robert really was superb. Completely professional from start to finish. Completely on-time (in fact early) with delivery, and went out of his was to accommodate MY changes and MY diary problems.

The scope of work involved adding an AR level into my existing hyper mobile casual game. Also removing and fixing all compilations issues that were present due to conflicting versions and duplicated Java classes. I didn't have the time to fix and implement these and that's why I engaged them.

We used Unity 3D Engine and Github for source control. Maxime from Katrisoft helped create an experimental stream which he used to create the AR level, and updated me throughout his development.

Two people worked with me, Maxime and Robert. Maxime was the software engineer helping me to implement the features and Robert helped manage him and handle all the administrative stuff. It was very easy to work with both of them

AR level was delivered up to my expectations and I really appreciated the extra support given even after the project was complete.

We asked them to develop a mobile and web platform to assist our inspectors and clients with the task of organizing images and project documents in a way that they could be accessed through an artificial reality environment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Katrisoft as they were the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the more than 5 candidates. They were responsive capable.

APK Mobile App. began with development of the custom critical features, then moved on to integration of those features into a UI with lot's of input from our team. Once the UI and custom features were worked there was a period of de-bugging and troubleshooting, adjustments to the UI and workflow. After the APK was substantially complete they developed an IOS version and custom website. The mobile apps were integrated with the back end of the website and an integrated set of applications was established with login capabilities and syncing between platforms.

We worked with two developers a mobile app developer and a website developer.

We have a functioning system that will soon be ready for beta testing. There are some minor features and upgrades that remain to be worked out. In general we are quite satisfied with the work. The technical difficulties have all been surmounted and the performance of the applications is good so far. Over all we are satisfied with the work and very excited at the capabilities that the software will provide for our company.

They are very responsive and have a good command of English which has been an issue with other sub-contracted programmers.
