I’m a partner at Abramovitch Blalock & McKinnon LLC, a law firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with KAT?

We hired them to create a new website and do online marketing for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an existing website, but we hired KAT to create a new site. Our requirements were open-ended, so we let them lead the way in terms of features and functionalities. For online marketing, they run SEO and PPC efforts. They work on keyword research to build up the site and run paid advertising campaigns.

Adnan (Co-Founder) is my main point of contact.

I was referred to KAT by a friend. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000 per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020 and our relationship is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m seeing the results through the reports they provide us with. I’m seeing more inquiries on the website that we weren’t getting before. The results we’ve seen with them after a few months have surpassed what I saw working with a previous company for years. My colleagues who have seen it have given wonderful feedback, so I’ve been very happy with it. 

How did KAT perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been really good. Their callback time is immediate and their response time to emails is right away. They are easy to work with and we’ve been very pleased. They send us monthly reports and are very detailed in their work. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their passion for their work and determination to see results means they give their all to each client. Their availability is also great. I’ve referred a friend and they say the same about their experience, too. They also understand what my goals are and do a lot to get there.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we talk frequently about anything we need to change so there are no complaints.
