RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Launched on schedule for the start of Term 2 (live 4 April 2026), hitting the target set in the January proposal, and the first class of the new term ran smoothly on the new booking system.

Monday evening class reached full capacity within eight weeks of launch, with lapsed students from previous years returning.

AI search visibility: a new private-session student found the studio through an AI chat assistant, which recommended Northside Yoga for personalised, traditional yoga.

Google Search impressions grew from 1,210 in August to 1,360 in September 2026 (+12%), with 93 clicks in September.

Mobile-first build paying off: 64 of 93 Google clicks in September (69%) came from mobile, the experience the site was designed around.

New local discovery: “yoga in hornsby”, “hornsby yoga” and “yoga wall ropes” were among the fastest-growing search queries in September, the last driven by the dedicated Yoga Wall page.

Replaced manual spreadsheet admin with automated bookings, credits and payments, and no recurring booking-software subscription.

Client owns everything outright: full code (GitHub), database (Supabase) and documentation handed over, with no platform lock-in.

Fast support: issues reported by the client were typically resolved same day, e.g. a class pass credit fix in 15 minutes and a timetable fix in 26 minutes.
