I am an Executive of Villarpasta srl

We produce and sell fresh artisanal pasta to clubs and restaurants. We also have a shop in Bruino (TO) in Via Roma 15, where we produce and sell fresh pasta and products from our internal gastronomy directly to customers.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The aim was to find a web agency or figure who could take care of the communication part of our company. We have defined the activation of various processes and projects, including the creation of the one page website, editorial calendar and advertising on social media to make potential customers better acquainted with the company and improve sales in the venue.

Furthermore, Karma Design is helping us by continuing the management of corporate social media and graphics for both advertising, packaging and corporate material.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we created the website and gave them the management of social media, we have seen a significant increase in both online interactions and the increase over time in entries and sales in our store in Bruino (TO), improved the sales network thanks to the brand identity material that they studied in synergy with us and an increase in our recognizability at a local level.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Karma Design followed us step by step throughout the entire design process, respecting the objectives. The important thing for us was that a supplier in the field of communication, marketing and digital was ready to offer us updated solutions in line with both our corporate identity and current fashions. They have been consistently respecting the social editorial plan for months and always creating new content with our way of communicating. They are ready and quick in case of short deliveries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to always propose new ideas and meet deadlines (sometimes very close). They are always available whether for a meeting in the company, by telephone or by video call. They know how to study the competitors and the market in which we operate very well, finding the right paths to share with us and implement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Karma Design could have done differently?

Surely we can always improve, but we only started a year ago. The results are arriving from different points of view, with constant work and continuous discussion between the parties.
