Tiger Flooring is a family run business which prides itself in a personal, yet professional approach. Our work, covering domestic and commercial flooring, is predominantly based on word of mouth.

We supply and install Quick-Step (Master Installer), Karndean Designflooring (Advanced Installer), Carpet and Hardflooring to name but a few…… With over 25yrs experience in many aspects of flooring, we provide our customers’ guidance in selecting the best type of materials as well as expert advice.

You can be assured that every job is carried out to the highest standards, as well as importance placed on our customers’ requirements. We specialise in Quick-Step and Karndean Designflooring but also provide a range of Commercial & Domestic services. Director

To provide an up to date website.

What were your goals for this project?

To increase traffic to our site and provide a new stylish website.

How did you select Kaizen Five?

We like to use local business and love supporting young entrepreneurs. We spotted Max's profile on Facebook so did some further research. We invited Max to a meeting and was blown away by his passion and hunger to provide a top quality job.

We felt completely at rest knowing Max was going to inject 100% of his time until we were happy with the result. Although extremely professional, Max took the work on as if it was his own website.

Describe the project in detail.

Max asked me for all the information he required. He then took full control of the project but ensured we knew what stages he was up to along the way. Max consulted us at the stages he needed to always making sure we were happy as we moved throughout the project.

What was the team composition?

We only worked with Max throughout the whole project. He was always extremely prompt in answering any points raised. It was so refreshing to have such a great communicator available most of the time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We found the contact form was an immediate success. Although predominantly working on "word of mouth", we found we were getting enquiries weekly rather than quarterly!! We didn't opt for SEO optimisation due to being a small, family run business. If we ever need more leads, we will not hesitate in enlisting Max for this role.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seamless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Max's passion - without a doubt. Not aggressive or pushy, just calm, confident and professional. Very infectious.

Are there any areas for improvement?
