Introduce your business and what you do there.

I own a small retail company based in Ireland. We sell blue-light-blocking glasses. We have two products on the site at the moment and another one on Amazon. I have registered brands in the US and Europe

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with KADI Kreative Bureau?

I started the business in 2019 and needed a new logo. I’ve worked with Ana (Founder & Head of Design) from the very beginning. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

KADI designed my logo for our US brand as well as my Shopify website. I wanted friendly-looking branding with green as the main color. I didn’t give them wireframes or other materials. Ana wrote down my ideas and came up with some new ones.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Ana.

How did you come to work with KADI Kreative Bureau?

I’d known Ana long before I decided to start a business, and she was the first one I thought about. She’s an honest and trustworthy person. I did give her a test, and she came up with so many new ideas and put her heart into the work.

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with KADI in September or October 2019, and the main project wrapped up in December of that year. They’re still doing work for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re always improving the site and we’re getting better traffic all the time. Sales haven’t increased much, but we’re still in the beginning. The pandemic has also affected sales, but I saw a 20% increase after six months.

Ana has done a lot of improvements on the site, that I would’ve never thought about. I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback from users. They tell me that the information is clear and the graphics are nice.

There were some mistakes in the beginning, but nothing significant, and Ana fixed everything right away. All the graphics on the site are a result of Ana’s ideas.

How did KADI Kreative Bureau perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve always delivered on time or early. We’ve had a lot of Zoom calls to discuss designs. We’ve also had WhatsApp meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The thing I love about Ana is her creativity. She comes up with very fresh ideas, and she’s effective. When she sends me a bill, I can see that that’s the time she actually took to do the job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were times when she didn’t understand me fully and we had to discuss the item again. We’ve had some misunderstandings, but it hasn’t affected our collaboration. I’ve always had time to check the work and do any corrections.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Ana is professional, and she’s easy to get in touch with. I’m a consultant as well, accessibility is one of the main points for a successful business, in my opinion. If we don’t get in touch fast enough with the partner, it won’t go well.
