I am the founder & CEO at reBITme - Web3 engage-to-earn economy fueled by tokenomics, NFTs and gamification that returns a cut of your everyday expenses in crypto. Here users can make: fiat/crypto payments by gift cards that redeem in crypto, p2p transfers, token staking, NFT upgrades for greater rewards and rentals, engage-to-earn crypto on activities.

Our startup has been looking for a throughout approach to develop a logo and brand design, as well as a brand book for our business, besides a website needed to be built up from a scratch.

How did you select Juvenilia Agency and what were the deciding factors?

All tasks were completed even earlier of settled timing, with a great efficiency, an ability from the Juvenilia’s team to hear customer's requirements, with an astonishing performance, a fresh and creative look. They outperformed our expectations for a reasonable budget.

We settled the requirements during the first and brief interview, then we have several small talks during the project to refine the outcomes. All that communication had a great fit of a time and the result. We get to the finish seamlessly with little effort from our side.

I'm the CEO of a Medical Device company. We create software solutions to help diagnose and discovery skin cancer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Juvenilia Agency, and what were your goals?

Our website was created by me on a shoestring budget in Squarespace. Despite being on a budget, we needed to look like a professional company that would inspire confidence in both doctors and investors alike.

Our goal with the new website project was to have a professional looking website that was clean and modern and stood out from the crowd of more traditional large companies.

How did you select Juvenilia Agency and what were the deciding factors?

Originally I planned to do the website myself, and had asked online for anyone that could do consulting/upskill me to do it. After working with Denis over a couple of hours, it was clear his skills and experience were far and away above what I could hope to produce. His attention to detail and the effort he put into even a short engagement led me to want to engage the agency to take over the project.

We had a kick-off meeting around the goals of the website, the brand, the themes and objectives. We also discussed what was on/off the table in terms of technologies and platforms. Juvenilia were great, researching our competitors, sharing work in progress, and coming up with variations that we could select or discard and then iterate on.

Two people primarily, covering UI / UX design and implementation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching we had univeral feedback from our stakeholders about the professional and modern nature of the website, in particular how well it presented on mobile. We're very happy with how it's looking and continue to engage and recommend Juvenilia to perform minor updates as required.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Commmunication was great as we had a dedicated Slack channel where updates and discussions could be had. We met on a Zoom call every 2 weeks as required. If we increased the scope or had additional options we wanted to explore, Juvenilia Agency always explained those upfronts and responded to how we wanted to take the project.

Overall it completed on time and to budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Juvenilia is very passionate and proud of their work; they have attention to detail and you feel very much a personal connection and not just another client in a big machine. I think this firm is the best kept secret in web development right now.

The could do a better job of gathering requirements for third-party integrations, but this is a pretty minor complaint
