What challenge were you trying to address with Just Reddit Agency?

We needed help with bad fake reviews our competitors left on Reddit that didn’t accurately talk about our services. In fact, these fake reviews talked about services that we don’t offer.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Just Reddit Agency helped us with reputation management and organic Reddit marketing. The team identified five Reddit threads that were bad fake reviews we needed to remove or suppress. Just Reddit Agency also handled organic Reddit marketing, which involved subreddit mapping to determine the best subreddits for our business, analyzing competitor strategies, and deploying value-driving comments to Reddit that contributed to relevant discussions while also dropping brand mentions. At the end of each month, the team analyzed what worked and what didn’t to inform the strategy for the coming month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Just Reddit Agency’s work led to an increase in leads from Reddit, referral traffic from ChatGPT, and website traffic. We got over 100 leads monthly directly attributable to organic Reddit marketing. We also saw a noticeable increase in website and referral traffic from ChatGPT, which went from 2–4 monthly referrals to 70+ referrals monthly. Overall, we saw a 2.25x increase in website traffic. And the negative threads were all suppressed or removed.

Just Reddit Agency delivered on time. We communicated via Google Meet, emails, and Slack.
