I'm a manager for an importer and distributor of Brazilian foods.

For what projects/services did your company hire JURITIS USA LLC, and what were your goals?

We need to develop our operational systema and JURITIS USA LLC implemented it for us. Our goals was to have the whole company working inside the system and it's working great.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had done business with them before.

After a few meetings so everyone could understand our goals, they started giving us lessons about their system. After that we started working on it on a test base. After a few weeks we stopped working on our former system and used only Proteus.

Project manager was Darlon and there were 3 or 4 technicians.

The deadline was met and the delivery was just as we expected.

Simple but effected in traditional phone calls and emails.

How broad their system is and how customizable it is.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to improve the accounting part. It needs to be more simplified.

I’m Technology and Architecture Region Americas - Latam coordinator of DB Schenker; we have more than 1000 locations across the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire JURITIS USA LLC, and what were your goals?

We must deliver electronic invoice solution for 6 countries in LATAM, as it’s mandatory from the local government, and our target was working just on vendor, and Juritis helped us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We invited 5 vendors to reply to our RFP, and after a lot of meetings between vendors and Schenker IT/Business, due to high score card, Juritis was elected.

After a lot of meetings among Head Office, Regional Office, Country and Juritis, we designed the solution,but each country has special specifications. So, we deployed country by country.

There were 6 people from Juritis, PM, developers, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched the project country by country and delivered all government requirements to avoid penalties.

The project management was good; we had a weekly meeting to follow up on all tasks, and our communication was through MS TEAMS, google Meetings, Whatsapp, and phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Easy access to the whole team and a great partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have an excellent quality of work, and now very stable team.
