I’m the founder & CEO of a fintech startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with JTC Group?

We needed corporate services from a company that could act as our Swiss-based directors to set up operations in Switzerland.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, JTC Group helped us set up our corporate entity in Switzerland, identifying and negotiating deals with lawyers, auditors, and the notary public. Now, they’re in charge of managing our day-to-day activities, constantly providing advice on our business structuring. Additionally, they act as our company directors in Switzerland.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with over 15 people from JTC Groups, including the head of the private office in JTC Switzerland, the managing director of JTC Dubai, and the managing director of JTC UK.

JTC Group excels at staying on budget, and their project management has been absolutely spot-on. We use Trello to manage the project, and we communicate through phone calls, email, Zoom, and Google Meet.
