I am a freelance writer/copywriter. I create content for a wide range of web-based clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire Journeys Through Search?

I have worked with Johnny on a number of SEO and copywriting projects for various clients.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals have varied from project to project, but the central goal of my work is to make sure the content I create reaches as large an audience as possible. I can hone my craft all I want, but without a surrounding strategy such as the one provided by JTS, my words won’t reach the intended audience.

How did you select Journeys Through Search?

I found JTS after researching online and comparing various digital marketing agencies. I was drawn to this company because they stress a data-driven approach, whereas most marketing agencies I’ve found seem to be content driven. As I supply my own content, this contrast seemed like an intelligent decision.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

JTS creates a holistic digital marketing strategy, including SEO blogs, guest posting, social media, website redesign/optimization, and paid ads. They are thorough in the explanations and reasoning behind easy branch of strategy, so I always feel like I’m a part of the project.

What was the team composition?

I mainly work with Johnny, the founder of JTS. Occasionally our emails will involve a secondary person, but it’s mainly just Johnny.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Johnny and I have worked on a number of projects together for over a year now — and he yields consistent results for each project we’ve completed (increased conversions, more efficient ad spend through targeted placements, increased site ranking in Google, optimized web design to lower the bounce rate, etc.)

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very simply and efficient — mainly just email, and JTS always replies very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by JTS’s degree of thought and consideration behind the marketing tactics they choose to employ - they really know what they’re talking about. Weare also extremely happy with the level of communication — they’re always available if we have a question or want to understand the reasoning behind the process, or a projected timeline for results.
