Journeyhorizon has helped us establish our real estate rental platform and improve its online presence through website development and SEO optimization. The key outcomes have been having a functional website tailored to our business needs, improving the site's structure and search engine readiness, and building a stronger foundation for attracting organic traffic and potential customers. Since the platform launched recently, we’re still collecting sufficient data to measure its performance accurately. We’re currently monitoring organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation through analytics tools. We look forward to seeing measurable growth as the platform gains more visibility in search results.

We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What we’ve been most impressed with about Journeyhorizon is their ability to combine technical website development with SEO expertise. Rather than focusing only on building the platform, they also consider how the website can be structured to improve search visibility and support long-term business growth. Their team is responsive to our needs, open to feedback, and focused on delivering practical solutions tailored to our real estate rental marketplace.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’ve had a positive experience working with Journeyhorizon. One area for improvement would be providing more frequent, detailed performance reports with clearer milestones and measurable KPIs for SEO and lead generation. This would help us track progress more easily and better understand the impact of the work. As the project is still relatively new, we believe there’s also room to further optimize the platform and build on the foundation established so far.
