Joontide is run by me, Joe Diton. I’ve been building websites since 2009, including 10 years as a front-end developer inside agencies, where accessibility was usually a small line item on the brief. It’s the part I ended up obsessing over: testing with a screen reader long after everyone else had moved on, chasing down keyboard traps nobody had flagged. So I went on my own.
I help organisations find out where their website stands against WCAG 2.2 AA, with a clear report of what’s broken and what to fix first.
Every audit and every build is tested by hand, by keyboard and with screen readers including NVDA and VoiceOver, and I check the code behind any issues I find. Automated tools are a useful starting point, but they can’t tell you whether someone can finish your checkout or whether keyboard focus gets trapped in a menu.

- Focused screen reader audit. Your single most critical journey, such as checkout, sign-up or donations, tested by hand against WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Full WCAG 2.2 AA manual audit. Every success criterion checked across your key templates and journeys, prioritised by severity, with a review call to walk through the findings.
- Accessible website design and build. Designed and built to WCAG 2.2 AA from the first wireframe, and tested by hand before launch.
- Free homepage health check. A scan covering performance, accessibility and sustainability, reviewed by me, with a PDF report within 2 working days.
Audits don’t include fixing the issues found, but I can quote for that separately. The person who tests your site is the person who walks you through the findings.
