I’m a former executive at an IT services company.

We needed help with custom software development for one of our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JOO (Just Order Online) created a custom software for a client that owned a restaurant. They also did digital marketing for them. The software is a platform where they can manage their orders, bookings, customer support, and refunds.

For digital marketing, they manage Google, Facebook, and Instagram; they create the material and make the posts. In addition, they’ve done SEO to help us rank in the first positions on the Google search results.

We worked with two members of their team, including the owner.

They were hired for this project thanks to their successful previous work with the restaurant.

We’ve spent around £2,000 (approximately $2,400 USD) with them so far.
