We're known for proprietary frameworks that bring structure to a chaotic category — the Jonesi AI Adoption Model for staging organizational maturity, the 7-Level ROI Framework for measuring return from individual time saved to enterprise capability built, and the Multiplier Method for prioritizing where to build first. What you can expect: every engagement starts with agreed ROI metrics, not billable hours. Workshops are live and limited to cohort sizes that preserve facilitation quality. Coaching is subscription-based with quarterly renewal. Retainers begin with a six-month starting contract. We don't bill for time spent — we scope to risk reduced and capability created.
