Jonahten is a process management consulting service provider based in Virginia that takes a functional approach to develop process mapping, business process re-engineering strategies, strategic planning, and Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Process Improvement projects and training for our clients.

We help businesses identify and respond to their problems and methodically improve their current state, and develop ways to sustain the performance of the improvement and keep their business going for success. Our goal is to help them not just “describe the shape and color of the rock that you need to move, but to, essentially, move the rock to its end state.”
