I’m the director at Little Bay Primary School.

What challenge were you trying to address with Jomo’s Professional Services?

We were in need of website development services to improve the school management systems.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They were in charge of the web design and development of our school's WordPress website. They also managed our SEO efforts.

We pitched our ideas and Jomo's Professional Services worked on improving it as we went along. We created an internal team at the school that worked closely with their team.

What is the team composition?

There were about seven people who worked on the project.

How did you come to work with Jomo’s Professional Services?

I knew of their services over the years and liked their work. I made a recommendation to the school board to use their services. After that, we gave Jomo's Professional Services our requirements and they did a greater job by pitching a proposal that we went ahead with.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $4,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May–June 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website was cool, and because of that, we had lots of visiting our platform. Moreover, it increased the visibility of the school in a significant way. Overall, the school was really pleased with the team's services.

How did Jomo’s Professional Services perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated using WhatsApp and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Jomo's Professional Services' customer service and response time were impressive. Above all, we had a collaborative effort.
