We are a private preschool ministry. I am the Lead teacher.

For what projects/services did your company hire Johnny Flash Productions, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a way to reach potential families during Covid. Having a professional looking website where parents could get questions answered, apply online and make payments online was our goal

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

John came highly recommended. We checked his websites out and loved his work.

Thankfully John knew what he was doing. This was so far out of my realm of experience. He would ask for information, pictures, forms and I would email these to him. He had a clear plan for what had to happen and gave me the list of things needed for the next steps in a timely manner so I could keep up with him.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I'm sure many people were working on this project for it to be done so quickly. I only interacted with John.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have had full classes ever since our website has been made public. We are looking to add classes because they demand is there.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had regularly scheduled meetings. We reviewed the work done to be sure it was what we were looking for. We also discussed what would be needed for the next steps. The process was orderly, respectful of my other commitments while completing the project in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This process was so much easier than I expected. They listened carefully to what I was expecting to accomplish with our website and kept me focused on our objectives. We are now able to register preschool students online (especially important during COVID).Parents are very happy that now they have an option to pay by credit card. I would highly recommend this company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While I believe there is always room for improvement, I can't think of one thing I would ask them to change.
