The scope of work covered full-service advertising across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok. The agency managed the entire process end-to-end: from strategic planning and developing creative ad concepts, to setting up and maintaining advertising channels, optimising campaigns within our budget, and providing detailed performance reporting.

Our sales and order volume grew by 150% compared to the previous year, and with the agency’s support, we successfully expanded into new geographic markets, reaching a much broader customer base.

Beyond simply setting up, maintaining, and optimizing ads, the team also created ad creatives themselves, which made their approach truly holistic and results-driven.

Are there any areas for improvement or something J&J Marketing Family could have done differently?

There were no major issues; the collaboration was excellent. Perhaps adding more automated dashboards for real-time performance tracking could make reporting even smoother.
