What impresses us most about this company is their strong level of service, clear communication, quick response times, and proactive approach. They consistently address our needs efficiently and always stay ahead in suggesting improvements.

One area for improvement could be more transparent and digitized reporting, allowing us to track results over time more effectively. Additionally, an onboarding process for clients on how to analyze key performance metrics would be helpful to better understand and interpret the data they provide.

Social media ads are running to attract more direct bookings on our website as well as find to propery owners that are interested in our services. Simmilar ads are also carried out in Google. 

Also, the team is running our Instagram and Facebook accounts and increasing the engagement and following.

We have have recived many quality leads, thanks to this project. We currently have around 50 properties that we manage, thanks to the leads that were brought in.

Everything is always delivered in time. The manager listens to suggestions very well and does everything they can to improve the performance.
