Jivrus Technologies’ work has allowed the client to automate tasks that would’ve required hired help. Despite communications falling through in the latter part of the engagement, the team was able to respond to questions and fix all issues in a timely manner.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the marketing manager for an organization that builds brand new homes.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Jivrus Technologies?

We needed an agency to create our first-ever management system, so our organization partnered with Jivrus.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Jivrus developed our management system through Google Sheets. I worked with them to have things fixed, changed, or updated on the app.

What is the team composition?

They had a designated account manager, Jasperin (Director of Operations), who was also our developer. Anytime we needed something, we would contact their email.

How did you come to work with Jivrus Technologies?

Our boss found them online. They were already working with the organization before I came on.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent a little bit over $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I don’t know the specific month, but I believe the project started somewhere around 2016. It took Jivrus six months to finish the development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any metrics because we use the app in-house. We did get accustomed to using it and it has helped our workflow to the extent that we no longer have to hire people to do a minimal task. The system could automatically do that for us.

How did Jivrus Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We worked in different time zones, but we always got a response whenever we needed something fixed. We communicated through email and Skype.

They performed well at the start, but towards the end, we lost contact with Jasperin. I think she left the company because she stopped responding to our emails. We had to get in touch with someone else from Jivrus, which was a hassle. What used to be done for free started to get charged, so we ended up having to create a new app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Jivrus works very well with all things related to Google. They handled anything we needed that was related to the platform.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would suggest that they let people know if an account manager is on leave or has left the company for good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that Jivrus can work on your timeframe.
