We inherited Jillamy as a 3PL partner when it acquired the warehouse of our existing 3PL partner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, our experience with Jillamy Inc. DBA Mode Transportation was poor. We are a small ecom company selling apparel and I guess Jillamy decided that they didnt want to continue our partnership.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There were numerous issues with the inventory management and timeliness of shipping orders that resulted in a huge increase in customer service complaints and negatively impacted our brand. Jillamy then gave us notice to leave the facility "due to economic changes, the need for additional space to accommodate new business opportunities, and our need to restructure some aspects of our business." This imposed further costs on us and the service deteriorated further during our notice period.

Jillamy refused to acknowledge any of our complaints or address any of the concerns we had. If you are looking for a true partner who will work with you to achieve your goals then I highly recommend looking elsewhere!
