Founded on February 21, 2003, Nanjing Ztesoft Technology CO., LTD. is one of the China's giant specializing in telecommunications equipment as well as a high-tech company invested by the holding company Zte Corporation (SZ: 000063). Its predecessor is Zte's operation support product line. Ztesoft actively enters the field of software information services, focuses on the software development of boss market in telecom field and strive to make the company lead in software products of the boss field and e-government field.

As the R & D base of ZTE, Nanjing is also the headquarters of Ztesoft Technology CO., LTD. Ztesoft is equipped with a complete sales and service system and has 56 sales and service branches in 32 provinces and cities in China. Overseas, Ztesoft has branches in 70 countries and regions. Zsmart series products account for more than 50% of the domestic fixed network. Meanwhile, the international market has been maintaining a rapid growth of more than 50% every year. Among them, the new product zSmart OCS has successfully tested on the domestic and foreign markets, ranking first in the comprehensive test of China Telecom and achieving the excellent performance to get the first-ranked in the market share.

The company's products and solutions have been successfully used in China Telecom, China Netcom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Railcom, China Satcom, China's e-government and other private network markets. Meanwhile, it also takes active actions to expand its internationalization strategy. In result, the international sales revenue accounts for more than 50% and has entered more than 70 countries and regions overseas in result of keeping a rapid growth of more than 50% annually, The telecom operational support system has fully covered the international market and has been extensively applied on a large scale in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa and Europe.

Ztesoft successfully draws on the international advanced management model, starts from the four fields of organizational structure, process specifications, human resources and corporate culture to build an efficient and unified R & D platform and improve the company's overall management and R&D level. I served as the vice president of the group and the general manager of the operation company.

1) Personnel shortage, the business segmentation needs professional guidance;

2) Reason: Mingyue software is an IT solution and outsourcing service provider, and its strength and professional competence meet our requirements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

1） Scope: Temporary work and industrial solution;

2） The service provider provide resident developers and provide us with solutions related to the company's low-carbon park, meteorology, industrial control, and culture resorts;

3） Software technology is the core of the process, relying on cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies;

4）First, we conduct a field investigation and communication with Mingyue Software, then make a qualified supplier assessment based on the project. Finally, we successfully sign the contract and start to implement the project.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

1） Both companies have set up special project managers and adopted the project manager responsibility system to allocate resources in unison;

2）We hold special meetings regularly. Generally, we use Online Tencent Meetings or We-Chat groups to communicate the project. The project management is used on the same management method.
