Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of The Sewing Shed. As a dressmaker, I just opened up a private dressmaking shop. I specialize in wedding dresses and decorations.

What challenge were you trying to address with JH Results?

I’m at the very early stage of establishing my business, so I needed help in creating a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I relied on them for the development of a website where people could view my past work. I also wanted a site that would clearly express our wide scope of services. I spoke with Jasper (Digital Marketing Consultant, JH Results) who worked to understand my business goals.

Jasper was recommended to me by a friend.

I spent under $700.

We worked together in October 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I really like the website he's created for me, which has already generated a few leads and inquiries. It’s been great being able to direct people to a professional website instead of Facebook.

Jasper was very easy to work with because he simplified processes so that someone non-technical, like myself, could understand. He walked me through all of the sophisticated steps and was very personable in general. When he was developing the website, he even sent me Youtube videos of his progress so I could watch how he did things.

He was also excellent at receiving and incorporating feedback.

How did JH Results perform from a project management standpoint?

JH Results was excellent at receiving and incorporating feedback. On top of that, Jaspar excelled at scheduling and meeting deadlines as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I thought it was remarkable how Jaspar walked me through a process I knew nothing about. I could tell that he was experienced working with non-technical people. He’s able to explain complex concepts in a comprehensible way. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really can’t think of anything, right now. It’s an evolving process, but I’ve found him to be amazing so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend him for people who aren’t versed in the technical aspects of their business.
