The brief was to produce a complete design package which conveyed our brand identity. This included production of the logo, business cards, ppt template, letterhead and product related branding.

Success was measured by the creation of a distinctive brand identity that aligns with NZS's philosophy of sustainability, simplicity, and adaptability.

JetStyle were excellent in all respects. They listened very carefully to what we wanted, produced a number of initial designs and many iterations thereafter based on our feedback. They remained attentive at all times and were very patient with us as a client. They have a very fast turnaround time, even when some of the tasks were complex.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really do think out of the box. Some of their designs were quite radical and which we liked, since it shows us that they are really thinking about what we need and how to differentiate us in a crowded market place. Their response times were excellent and we managed to retain the same designer at all times, which made continuinity an easy aspect to manage.

No, they were really very good.

During the MVP stage, the primary sections of the website were developed, including the homepage, catalog, basic functionality for the product page, and content pages. The order and payment process, including the use of gift certificates, was also implemented.

Integrations were set up with the CRM system, accounting system, and email marketing system. The MVP was developed based on our pre-designed layout. However, further work required additional adjustments, including a redesign of the checkout process.

There were no special requirements, but the team proposed optimizations to improve the user experience. The first phase involved developing the MVP. The second phase, which is currently ongoing, focuses on enhancing the functionality to meet our business processes and customer service requirements.

The MVP release went smoothly, with only minor fixes needed, which did not take much time. The MVP development took six months. Throughout all stages, the project involved:

1. The project successfully ensured there were no disruptions in the order placement process.
2. Website traffic remained stable at the time of launch.
3. Conversion rates initially dipped slightly as users adapted to the new design. However, the conversion rates later returned to previous levels and eventually increased.
4. We implemented a feature allowing users to subscribe to notifications for product availability. This feature has become an additional purchase trigger, contributing to an average of 10% of sales.
5. Customers did not provide feedback, but internal users were satisfied with the site's performance and ease of use.

The team used elements of Agile and Kanban methodologies. Overall, tasks were completed within the agreed timelines. Occasionally, there were delays, but we were always informed in advance. This typically happened with complex tasks where unforeseen complications arose during the process.

The team was always attentive to our requests, striving to respond and resolve issues promptly. When addressing a large, complex task, we noticed a slowdown in progress at one point. As a solution, the task was broken down into several implementation stages.
