We were dealing with a significant volume of customer data and service requests from all over the country. Our management take decision to build an automation platform that can snick all the data with the required details related to our services and suggest the best solution that we can offer at the same time. Previously, we'd done this manually, and it was a very time-consuming task for us. 

So we started from zero, and we need to build a complete platform, including a web and mobile app.

The measurable outcomes from the project included improved efficiency, good conversion, cost-saving, and effectiveness of our internal processes and services, as well as an enhanced user experience for our customers. We also saw a significant reduction in errors and improved data accuracy.

We were having an idea to build a SaaS-based product; the product was about to solve complex problems and provide insightful suggestions according to the requirements. We outsource our requirements to Jellyfish Technologies to build them. Initially, we shared details about how the product would work, its features and functionalities, and discussed the tech challenges. 
We start the work with POC development and then the final product. A lot of things are done, and we're still working on them to improve the overall quality and result.

We're planning to build our online eCommerce website and a marketplace. To get this developed, we hired Jellyfish Technologies Magento experts. It took around six months to develop both products. Our website and marketplace are both on Magento. The key deliverables were building a highly secure, optimized, user-friendly, and responsive marketplace and website for our business.

To improve the quality and service of our business, we thought to build software with better UI and security features. As earlier I mentioned, we offer taxi services across the UAE region, So to improve the quality and services we started looking for a vendor to build this product. We hired Jellyfish Technologies after evaluating their expertise and lots of discussion. 

Initially, they shared the details planned doc with all requirements (Technology, design, time budget, platform, etc.). It takes a few weeks for us to decide and finalize all the things for product development. They assign a project manager and a few other members to work on. The product is still in development we're improving some parts of it and will be live soon.
