Jaybyte Technology handled the complete development of our custom CRM system from planning to final deployment. The project started with requirement discussions where they worked closely with us to understand our workflows, sales process, and reporting needs. The scope of work included designing and developing the CRM dashboard, lead and customer management modules, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting features. They also implemented automation for task reminders, status updates, and notifications to reduce manual follow-ups. Integration with our existing tools such as email and web forms was also part of the project to ensure data flowed smoothly into the system.
