Commercial PerFormance Advisor

Sustainable revenue growth is not created by pressure. It is created by clarity. In mid-sized and large B2B organisations, ambition is rarely the issue. Sales teams are experienced. Leaders are capable. Targets are clear. Yet performance fluctuates. Deals stall. Margins tighten. Managers track activity, but commercial judgment varies. Training is delivered, but behaviour does not always shift in ways that influence revenue. The issue is rarely effort or knowledge alone. It is alignment. Alignment between leadership expectations and daily execution. Between commercial strategy and client conversations. Between confidence and competence in high-value decisions. This is where I work. I serve as a Commercial Performance Advisor and Growth Accelerator to Sales Directors and senior leadership teams across the UK, Ireland, EMEA, and global markets. My focus is straightforward: strengthen revenue consistency by aligning leadership, behaviour, and commercial intent. Over 25+ years, I’ve partnered with organisations including IBM, Google, Etsy, Carr Golf, Certa, AEI, Gyroscope, ISME and ITAA — supporting them in elevating consultative selling capability, leadership clarity, and human performance in commercially significant moments. Outcomes have included: • 15% improvement in commercial conversation and call effectiveness • 18% reduction in sales cycle length within a mid-sized B2B firm • 10% increase in average deal value through stronger consultative positioning. Scripts or short-term interventions do not drive these results. They emerge when leaders define clear behavioural standards, managers coach commercial thinking rather than just metrics, and teams develop the confidence to hold value in complex conversations.
