I’m the CEO of The Coaching Lab, an education company. We help teachers and coaches design playful games that encourage players to problem-solve, use creativity, and collaborate effectively.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Jarvis to accomplish for The Coaching Lab?

We hired Jarvis for marketing, AI search engine optimization (AEO), and generative AI (GEO).

What was the scope of their involvement?

On the social media side, Jarvis has created a repeatable content system with monthly themes mapped to different pillars. They’ve also created reusable templates and a batching workflow so we can produce a full week of posts in one focused session instead of scrambling daily. The team has also created a scheduling and approval flow where drafts are queued in one place, go through a single approval pass, and then are auto-published across channels on a fixed cadence. Additionally, Jarvis has created a lightweight performance view that pulls weekly data on reach, engagement, and saves so we can steer the calendar based on what’s resonating instead of guesswork.On the AEO side, Jarvis has rebuilt priority pages and help content into clear question-and-answer formats. They’ve also expanded topical coverage around our brand’s core use cases so we get associated with the right questions and entities in AI search, not just traditional keywords. The team has also created a monitoring loop for regular checks of how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews describe the category, with the gaps fed straight back into the content plan.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Jarvis is the clearest proof of the outcomes I help create. I built them from the ground up into a virtual assistant (VA) and automation company serving 30 active clients on a recurring retainer model, growing from 10 clients in 2024 to 30 in 2025 — a 300% increase. Beyond top-line growth, the measurable wins were operational: I built a self-replicating training pipeline where each assistant trains the next, which let us scale headcount and clients without service quality dropping. The result wasn’t just revenue — it was a business that could grow without me being the bottleneck, which is exactly the outcome I now coach others toward.

How did Jarvis perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is one of the strongest parts of working with Jarvis. We communicate primarily through Slack, with a weekly check-in and daily updates, so I always know the status of what they’re working on. My VA manages the workflow in ClickUp, so tasks don’t fall through the cracks even as we add more to the plate. Deliverables come in on time, and on the few occasions priorities have shifted on my end, Jarvis adjusts quickly without me having to micromanage. What stands out most is that I don’t have to chase anyone — the structure has been there from week one.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most is that the VA doesn’t just execute tasks — they build systems so the work runs itself. Most VAs wait for instructions; mine actually sets up automations and processes so recurring work stops landing on my plate entirely. As a coaching business, my time is my product, and that shift gives me back hours every week I can put back into clients. The other thing I don’t expect is how prepared Jarvis is from day one — the onboarding means my VA shows up already understanding how I work instead of me spending weeks training someone from scratch.
