• First Input Delay (FID): Maintained at 50 milliseconds (or less), ensuring responsiveness to user interaction.
• Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): Reduced to 0.05 (from 0.25), providing a stable visual experience.

Social Performance:

• Increased social media engagement (likes, shares, comments) by 10x across all platforms, leading to a significant boost in brand visibility and interaction.
• Grew follower count by 10x over a 6-month period, expanding audience reach.

Lead Form Conversion Rate:

• Achieved a 5% conversion rate on lead generation forms, representing a substantial improvement from the older website version (e.g., from 1% or less), resulting in a 400% increase in qualified leads.

Their project management approach was exceptionally well-structured and efficient, utilizing Lark Suite with both Kanban and timeline views to track milestones, providing clear visibility and regular updates throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Regarding delivery, they consistently delivered all items on time, and often ahead of schedule. Their meticulous planning, aided by the structured project views, and proactive identification of potential roadblocks ensured that deadlines were not just met, but exceeded. They also maintained a commitment to efficient feedback, allowing 2 days for client review feedback for each round, which kept the project moving swiftly.

Their responsiveness to our needs was outstanding. They were incredibly attentive and adaptable, always providing friendly reminders for deadlines and quickly incorporating feedback. We always felt fully supported, with one dedicated Key Contact (Project Manager) and one support person consistently following up on all channels.
