James Rice has been collaborating with the designing team we hired and also works on programming our site’s backend.

We’ve been just working with James (Owner).

How did you come to work with James Rice?

He was referred to us by our head of technology, and we chose him because he understood our business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working in March 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re performing great with the website traffic, and we’re delighted with how our clients have engaged with it — they’ve been providing great feedback!

How did James Rice perform from a project management standpoint?

He uses project management tools to stay on top of things and maintain everything according to schedule. He’s also in constant communication with our designing team and ourselves, which allows us to foresee any problems before they happen through technology-enabled solutions.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

He’s easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and advises to solve problems quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything he can improve on — it’s been great to work with him, and we feel fortunate to have him on board.

Any advice for potential customers?

Do your research and understand your exact goals for the project before engaging with them. If you are prepared with that, he’ll be able to bring several ideas to the table — it’s worth examining everything upfront.
