Jaiglo was tasked with following deliverables when the Project began in Oct 2021: - Setup IT workstations, printers, and IT rack for one of the tenants (Rebound Health and Wellness) - Manage IT services on a monthly basis - Provider recommendations for Cloud applications for Practice Management tools

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

- All computers were fully operational, able to access internet, able to print and able to work with basic apps - IT costs were reduced by 18% monthly over the course of 3 years - Jaiglo reviews all cloud applications and tools before we choose to deploy a product

- Everything has been timely delivered so far - We usually call their support and they're quick to respond (Less than 1 hour for urgent queries and 2 days of onsite scheduling for non-urgent tasks)

JAIGLO's flexibility and transparency with costs are remarkable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something JAIGLO could have done differently?

We sometimes want our IT vendor to just do the work rather than give us options. Jaiglo's transparency with costs and scope of work sometime create more room for discussion than needed.
