I had an excel program that takes a companies operating cost and incorporates this cost into each SKU. I wanted Jafton to make this more user friendly. Make it so the customer is uploading the information I request, and the program will create a report. This report will show the company which inventory items they are losing money, and which items they are not a profitable.

That I could navigate over the website and I could enter information to make sure it worked. Also, I wanted to make sure Jafton had this backed up so if they ever went out of business, they could send me the program.

The project took about 16-17 months to get delivered. They had to change project developers a few times and this delayed things. Coupled with this, they forgot a section we spoke of in the introduction, so that added more time.

I can't speak on our project directly however, we started at an initial consultation, discussed potential solutions, decided on a mutually agreed solution, prepaid 100hrs of work, and the product was delivered efficiently and effectively. Throughout the project, their was weekly development meetings to discuss where the project was currently and we had the chance to work together very closely to make sure the deliverables were perfect.

We didn't see a big increase in downloads since most of our clients are recurring clients but we liked the design and that the app started to work faster
