We hired iugo to help us design and develop our v1 website

We selected iugo based on their flexibility, design acumen, sense of their team, and cost.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Delivered on time!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

This was a simple, straightforward, short-term project... so not much PM timelines, updates, or communication was used. However, I didn't feel like that negatively affected the project. iugo uses Slack to keep in touch. This works well if you're a Slack user. For me, I would miss messages from them at times because I don't typically use Slack... but they were very gracious about my delays :)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach to work is highly collaborative and friendly... I enjoyed working with them and the work itself was done very smoothly. They were quick to address my small critiques of the design and page once developed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I struggle to think of meaningful things here. In general it was a good experience for me.
