I am the owner of a small UX & UI design and engineering company called Jovian Design. We create apps and websites for small and large businesses and government entities.

We need ITUNeed's regular help on AWS design and architecture related items as well as Dev Ops tasks and projects.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals for our projects were to stand up multiple web properties that were hosted in AWS and migrate them from static sites. In addition, we added multiple security protocols and integrated github for CI/CD capabilities.

The project consisted of multiple development efforts over several months that ITUNeed helped design and architect to achieve our goals. ITUNeed was able to get us stood up and working quickly as well as give us great feedback and next steps for future goals.

ITUNeed is extremely helpful and a great vendor that we work with. We are extremely happy with the work they have done for us and will continue to use them for all of our AWS and architecture needs in the future.

They put together great architecture documents as well as respond quickly to any requests or questions.

Fantastic and extremely effective. Great communication and collaborating.

Their ability to respond quickly and their incredible knowledge base on a wide variety of AWS features and tool sets.

We’ve built a robust directory featuring over 30,000 on-the-job-training, apprenticeship, vocational education, and online training providers NATIONWIDE. We’re building strategic partnerships to provide innovative workforce development opportunities and implement world class on-the-job-training programs.

We ported over our website to ASW environment and needed someone to prepare the hosting environment.

To successfully integrate our business site onto ASW platform and fine tune for speed and reliability.

We reviewed many vendors on Fiverr and felt confident ITUNeed would be successful.

We gave them our specifications and they set everything up for us. They worked on the project quickly and efficiently.

What was the team composition?

One project manager who did all the work, plus much more than we originally thought we needed. He did it all with no price increase. The results exceeded our expectations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was complete in time and the site worked perfectly. Over time a few issues came up and they fixed those issues within hours of receiving the report.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was perfect in every way. They accommodated all twists and turns like true pros.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to fix issues without any direction or instructions...they figured everything out. AWS is like learning the Chinese language and they handled all the issues. We were stress free.

We did talk to a few people on their team over time and they are all top quality professionals. They also took the time to understand our concerns and talk through the human side of handling new technology issues.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can not think of any recommendations for improvement.
