One of our clients had long-pending issue with internal LMS including poor usability, low value for internal users and teams and low adoption. Client needed turnkey solution with rich user experience, connected with internal knowledge base and governance and legal information and based on approved Microsoft O365 platform. The solution should also provide rich automated workflows, notifications, learning programs and bundles and flexible content management capabilities

The solution was expected to be lean and highly integrated within current client ecosystem Key criterias for success were overall completion date (meet pre-defined deadlines), ability to work as one team with client stakeholders to identify solution priorities, gaps and best possible mix of out-of-the box capabilities and custom development and overall solution price including TCO.

The proposed approach was short 1-week sprints with rapid prototyping and demos. Team proven to be flexible to accomodate most of last minute client requests and provided great levels of client and expectations management to deliver E2E solution in such flexible and business-connected environment
