I’m the group product manager of AVL List Gmb, a global mobility technology company specializing in engineering, simulation, and testing solutions for sustainable, safe, and connected vehicles. We focus on electrification, software, AI, and automation for all propulsion systems.

We hired ITS Poland for UI/UX design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ITS Poland provided UI/UX design for us. The team created UI/UX mock-ups, click dummies, full designs, and button designs.

We worked with one teammate from ITS Poland.

Someone referred ITS Poland to me. I chose them because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2006–February 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ITS Poland provided design demos that we used to secure stakeholder approval. The team’s work also led to new ideas and new designs. Overall, their work helped our products better engage with customers and provided a modern and attractive user experience.

How did ITS Poland perform from a project management standpoint?

ITS Poland always delivered on time or even early. The speed of their design work was always about average and sometimes shockingly fast. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with the speed of ITS Poland’s work to design and deliver.

We had constant contact with ITS Poland and used an iterative approach. They delivered very fast turnaround times and great quality. Alex upheld our company standards for UI/UX design and was very responsive, thorough, and fast.
