I am the CEO of a marketing agency. We specialize in design and social media marketing. We also help with brand activation and branding as a whole.

What challenge were you trying to address with ITplus?

We needed someone to create a website for our company. Additionally, we needed a CRM for our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ITplus developed our site using WordPress. The team also configured the backend to ensure that the CRM was hosted on the same domain. It was an iterative process. The finished site contained information about the company and a catalog of the services we offered.

We worked with two teammates, including the owner.

How did you come to work with ITplus?

A friend recommended ITplus. We gave them my brief detailing our needs, and they provided us with a quotation and what they could deliver.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from February–August 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were happy with the site — it made a good impact on the company. The feedback was positive because it was easy for customers to see who we were and what we were offering.

How did ITplus perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was good. ITplus was a team of very good people. They met deadlines and communicated well through email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did a great job of adhering to the timeline.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there's nothing I can think of that they could've done better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a detailed brief. We didn't give them a perfect brief, and it caused some delays. Overall, I would recommend ITplus.
