We needed to hire IT specialists as soon as possible as our product was developing. With the help of ITExpert we were able to hire a few developers quickly, and they continued to help us with hiring throughout the year.

We talked to the CEO of the company directly. He gave details of what was going on in the IT market. When we passed the vacancy on to them, we received the first candidates in 3 days. I liked that everything was smooth and organised. All interviews were scheduled with no mistakes, which allowed us to move quickly with the candidates.

I appreciated the presence of a technical specialist on their team; he is a highly intelligent individual. This is because I have not encountered any developers at other recruitment agencies in the past. Through him, I was able to effectively communicate the specific type of specialist I required and the exact nature of their role.

We urgently needed to hire a lot of specialists in the team in order to actively expand the staff of IT specialists. We had many tasks for our product. We have a small team of recruiters, so we started looking for IT recruiting agency.

ITExpert showed us the candidates and asked them for useful information. We got acquainted with their experience, and then we called them for an interview through the ITExpert recruiter. It was very useful that after each stage of the interview, we got feedback from the ITExpert recruiter about whether the candidate liked our company and what could be improved during the interview process.
