iTech Plus is a managed IT and cybersecurity company in Haines City, Florida, serving small businesses across Polk and Osceola counties since 2016.
We look after the whole IT picture for offices of roughly 5 to 50 people: computers and servers, networks and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 and email, backups, phones and security. Much of our work is with regulated businesses, including medical and dental practices under HIPAA and tax and accounting firms under the FTC Safeguards Rule, where we handle multi-factor authentication, encryption, email security, risk assessments and the documentation that goes with them.
We publish free tools anyone can use, including an email spoofing check and a HIPAA and FTC Safeguards readiness check, and our own research on local email security. Support is flat-rate monthly or project-based, with on-site work across Polk County.
