I’m one of the directors at Sunipod, a solar panel company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Itech Designs?
We needed support with a lot of intricate mechanical drawings and diagrams from time to time.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Itech Designs helps create technical drawings of the solar panels and also works on 3D printing for us. While they didn’t build them, their team acted as support during the installations. The team created electrical single line diagrams and layout of the complete system. Sometimes, we needed to redesign the structures. They used AutoCAD for that.
A few times, we were developing products that needed designs. For one, we needed enclosures designed, which they created using SOLIDWORKS.
