I am the former IT manager of a logistics firm.

What challenges were you trying to address with ITE Soluciones?

They provided development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ITE Soluciones helped us in the development of our transport control platform. The team also provided consulting for other development projects.

What is the team composition?

We worked with the manager of the company, a project manager, and about 4 or 5 developers.

How did you come to work with ITE Soluciones?

I analyzed several different service providers but I really like their research and development skills. I also appreciated that they had certifications like CMMI, Microsoft, and more. At the time, that wasn’t very common.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from 2007-2008.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results were good: thanks to ITE Soluciones' development, we were able to consolidate relationships with new clients and provide a better service. We also improved our operations and management internally.

How did ITE Soluciones perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was one of the things I liked the most about working with ITE Soluciones. Their methodology and standards really helped us to have good control and management of the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our collaboration was a long time ago and I still recommend them for digital transformation and innovation projects. Their evolution has been impressive. They have expertise in all technologies used for the retail industry.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everyone can be improved, but I know they've kept growing and getting better.
